Andrej Suskavcevic was named President and CEO of Financial Executives International (FEI) and Financial Education & Research Foundation (FERF) in August 2015. FEI is the professional association of choice for senior-level corporate financial executives and the leading organization dedicated to advancing ethical, responsible financial management.
Mr. Suskavcevic brings more than 20 years of extensive association experience to his role at FEI. Having originally started his association management career with FEI, he was responsible for membership and Chapter relations, administrative services and new business development, rising to the position of Vice President, Operations. During his tenure he led the expansion of FEI’s member services specifically tailored to meet the needs of private company executives.
Prior to FEI, Mr. Suskavcevic was President and CEO of Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) where he successfully expanded the association by establishing an affiliate organization in the United Kingdom. He established Chapters and Sections to give CHA’s various constituents a voice in the organization and secured a partnership with the Society of Decorative Painters by providing management services for the Society and expanding member benefits for both organizations. Prior to joining CHA he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), an association for the asset based lending and factoring community.
Mr. Suskavcevic holds the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). He earned a B.S. in Finance from Montclair University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
